Redevelopment Enterprises Inc. is a small property management company based in Denver, CO. Owner, Marcine Hart was raised in Denver and started over 30 years ago, renovating residential real estate to help preserve some of the areas that she loves. Although she has since transitioned into the rental industry, her business has remained simple and true to the core, offering a unique hands on approach to management. As full or partial owner of these properties, Marcine takes pride in the upkeep of these buildings as well as the relationship forged with her tenants. Her staff is also very personable, following the same standards and level of service.
